WINTER

Construction of PIX Court officially began in Winter 2022. The area was cleared, maintaining the original, industrial brickwork of the courtyard then the foundations were laid.

2023

SPRING

By Spring 2023, the base structure of PIX Court was almost complete. The first floor of the building is finished and the first set of stairs are constructed.

2023

SUMMER

Our project reaches its halfway mark in Summer 2023 as the red brick walls continue to rise. The insulation is installed and the windows and doorways are put in place.

AUTUMN

As Autumn 2023 comes around, PIX Court is nearing completion. It’s unique structure is complete, and so the internal finishes can begin.

2024

COMPLETE

2024, PIX Court is officially completed. It has been furnished, assessed, surveyed, approved, and is now ready to welcome residents. We are enormously proud of Pix Court and are excited to see it breathe some life into Rye Lane.
